The property had 25 metres level difference , given that it was located in the upper area of the housing estate called \u201cLa Mairena\u201d in Marbella, resulting in a fill volume via earth filling using selected soil and previous testing thereof, for a later compacting and implementation of total foundation by means of 16 ml piles and floating slab thereon.<\/p>\n<p>Said dwelling is characterised by the type of structure and clean and sharp volume generated by a two level rectangular prism, with a building perimeter envelope by means of a composite that endows importance to the entire construction.<\/p>\n<p>From a finishing and quality point of view, the client chose high quality materials for each finishing unit, such as micro cements in walls and floors in a generalised manner and Ipe solid wood flooring in the exterior.
