QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT

The main objective and hallmark of Mancha Real Obras with its clients is that of quality, and to that end all the necessary procedures have been carried out in order to obtain the Quality Management certificate pursuant to the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2008 Standard.

Mancha Real Obras’ Management, aware of the importance of quality in meeting the needs of our clients and the continuing concern and awareness for the environment, has made an undertaking to protecting and conserving same in such a way that the company has established the necessary procedures to minimise any impact which may be occasioned to same by implementing an Environmental Management System and obtaining the certificate pursuant to the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 Standard.

In this manner, Mancha Real Obras implements a Quality and Environmental Management System that is effective and efficient, thus obtaining the benefits of all the interested stakeholders, through Management’s commitment to continuous improvement and bringing into line to new changes, with a compatible environmental impact and pollution prevention.

Both certificates have been granted following the undertaking of the corresponding audits by TÜV Rheinland Ibérica Inspection, Certification & Testing, S.A.

Obtaining and maintaining said certificates entails the collective effort of the entire personnel who makes up Mancha Real Obras, highlighting the unwavering commitment at all levels of the aforementioned personnel, for which Mancha Real Obras’ Management will periodically set Quality and Environmental objectives, where measurable values are established, foreseeably obtainable and consistent with the Quality and Environment Policy and that serves to set the direction in which the efforts of our company are geared towards.

The effectiveness of the Integrated Quality and Environment System pursuant to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2008 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2004 Standards, is the responsibility of Mancha Real Obras’ Management, which considers compliance as a fundamental and ongoing objective.
