Refurbishment and upgrading of Puerto Banús premises

The project was executed on the ground floor of a building located at C/Rivera of the Sports Centre of Puerto Banús (Marbella).

Consisting of the works in the upgrading thereof to a premises of a trade brand which wishes to be located in the famous area of the port intended for mayor international brands.

The execution process the demolition of the existing façade elements, undertaking of a new sanitation, insulated walls around the entire perimeter, screed surface via self-levelling slabs, LED lighting installations, integrated audio systems, air conditioning system, finishes by Farrow & Ball brand wallpaper, special paints and resin floors, as well as stripped teak wood furniture and fabric finish.
The premises façade finish was made using a safety glass and wooden frame for a 3 metre high and 1.30 wide special sized door, giving an air of spaciousness to the premises.
