Colegio La Purísima (La Purísima School) Refurbishment

Comprehensive refurbishment, with structural and retrofitting defect of the La Purísima School.
The works will enable the implementation of the 1st cycle of preschool education in the centre, as well as the upgrading of school facilities, the redistribution of teaching spaces and their bringing into line with prevailing regulations on accessibility and fire-fighting facilities.
A comprehensive refurbishment of the building is carried out, leaving the interior as an open plan interior, to once again execute all the coatings and installations thereof. There is also a structural defect when opening large spaces, reason why the casting of walls and a new metallic structure are made, on a foundation using micropiles which commences from the semi-basement floor.
New areas with a bright colour scheme and plenty of lighting, with large glass screens were created.
